Manage / Bank reconciliation · guided demo

Every deposit explained.
Every expense traceable.

In this example, Mercado Pago collections are grouped into a net payout. Cash is deposited after the register close. Expenses appear as debits or transfers. We show you how to review each transaction with its reference and supporting document.

Fictional examples. The test transactions remain unreconciled.

Three transactions worth telling apart.

Bank descriptions can vary. The reference, amount and evidence show what happened.

  1. 01

    Collections payout

Collections and fees appear in Mercado Pago activity. The bank receives the net withdrawal, which is compared with the payout.

    Activity → withdrawal → deposit
  2. 02

    Cash deposit

Closeout CJ-260925 records the cash counted. The next day’s bank deposit is reviewed against that closeout.

    Cash close → deposit
  3. 03

    Expenses and charges

A supplier transfer, direct debit or card purchase is reviewed against its invoice, ticket or receipt.

    Bank debit → document

These rows are from our isolated demo. References help trace each transaction to its source; none is marked as reconciled.

Current state of this demonstration

We prove the flow with your account first.

Today we can show test imports and review pending transactions. To use real accounts, we confirm coverage, permissions, supporting documents and matching rules with your team.

With fiscal authorization, the SAT connector can retrieve available issued and received CFDI for the period. We propose matching relevant documents to expenses, collections or deposits by UUID, RFC, date, amount and status; the accountant validates matches and gaps. See the accountant example →
