A team of five on Google Workspace Starter plus one Docusign Standard licence pays $1,125 pesos a month: five users at $140 plus one licence at $425. With AventarIA those functions are not charged per user.

You decide who sees what

Access is given by folder or by file, with permission to view or to edit. The administrator can review it and remove it at any time.

Payroll and staff files: authorised people only.
Recipes: the team can read them without changing them.
Invoices: whoever keeps the books.

Worth knowing

No email or video calls. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 include them. If you use them for that, you will still need them.
The signature included is a standard e-signature. We do not offer the NOM-151 conservation certificate yet.
Public demo: private files and photos for one hour; Signing offers a local practice marked as a demonstration, without sending a real signature.
Included today. It is part of the current subscription, with no per-user charge.

Frequently asked questions

Can I open my Word, Excel and PowerPoint files?

Yes. DOCX, XLSX and PPTX files open and can be edited in the browser.

Does it cost extra?

Not today. The office is included in your AventarIA subscription and is not charged per user.

Do I have to leave Google or Microsoft?

No. If you use their email or video calls, keep them; AventarIA's office does not replace those.
