Voice and chat · Los Cabos
An agent that answers. And keeps the record.
It answers calls and messages in Spanish and English using the information you approved, captures what the customer asked for, and hands the case to your team. What it does gets written into your system, not into a summary nobody can check.
It comes with the Odoo modules the agent works on. You don't have to replace your current system to start.
- Hours and location
- Availability
- Services and published prices
- Status of an order
The base configuration
What's included, with the edges visible.
The limits are written down because they are part of the deal. Knowing where the included part ends is more useful than any adjective.
One agent, one voice, three tools
- One agent for one business
- One voice from our existing catalogue
- Email: branded confirmations, notices to your team, and follow-up using what the customer actually gave you
- Calendar: availability and appointments within an agreed schedule and calendar connection
- Knowledge: up to 10 pages you approve — services, hours, FAQs, policies
Summaries and escalation
- A summary of every conversation, with what the customer said
- Escalation to your team according to business hours
- A call, message or email to the contact you authorise
Summaries and escalation are part of the agent's basic behaviour, not tools that consume your three slots.
Quoted separately
- Point-of-sale or database connections
- Multiple agents or multiple businesses
- A new custom voice
- Specialised workflows and custom development
- Hardware: terminals, scanners, compatible cameras
The Odoo modules it uses
The agent works on real records, not on a side spreadsheet. You start with the modules it needs to be useful, and grow from there.
A payment connection — one account and one standard flow — is also configured separately. We set it out in writing before you decide anything.
The limits
What the agent never does.
This is what separates a useful assistant from one that gets you into trouble. None of these rules is negotiable with the customer, or with the model.
How it connects
It reads, it prepares, and a person approves.
Answers and captures
Replies from your approved information and keeps what the customer asked for, how to reach them, and what happens next.
Reads your system
Checks stock, observed prices and order status. It returns the figure with the date it was observed.
Leaves the draft
Assembles the suggested order and leaves it as a draft, with what it would cost and where the price came from.
A person decides
Someone on your team confirms. The system records who approved, what was done, and the evidence behind it.
How it grows
Start where it is already costing you money.
Nobody starts with a complete business system. You start with the agent plus the modules it needs to be worth anything, and expand once that works:
The agreement
How it's charged, in principle.
The service has a monthly part and a part based on measurable results. Results are calculated from your system's records, not from our word: the saving is the difference between the reference price and the price you actually paid, on an order you approved.
We put the figures in writing after seeing your operation, because they depend on how many points of sale you have, how many items, and how ready your catalogue is. Before that there is nothing to sign.
Each workflow is measured with a single agreed indicator. We never charge twice for the same result.
No promises that don't hold
What we don't offer.
How many calls are you losing?
Tell us what happens today when nobody can reach the phone. We'll tell you plainly whether the agent solves it, or whether it isn't for you yet.
