Around Odoo
The other tools, once the system is in order.
Odoo is our centre. Everything else exists to take load off your team or close a gap the system alone doesn't cover. None of it makes sense on top of an operation that doesn't reconcile yet.
Status in plain sight
What works today and what doesn't.
We'd rather you know what stage each thing is at before you ask. Anything marked “in production” is serving real operations; the rest we test with you, by scope.
CFDI invoicing
A guest asks for a receipt and the shift backs up. We issue the official CFDI, PDF and XML, from WhatsApp or a simple portal, with your own CSD. The folio goes in, the stamped invoice comes out.
- Multiple issuers and series
- PDF and XML delivered to the customer by email
Voice and chat that answer
An assistant that answers what always gets asked — hours, location, availability — and hands over to a person when the conversation warrants it. It never decides on its own anything that costs money.
- Spanish and English
- Hands the case to your team with the context
Site and booking
Your business information made clear, with a simple route to book or ask. If there's no calendar integration, we capture the request and your team confirms — we don't promise automatic booking we can't deliver.
Compatible cameras
Where you need to count entries or watch a storeroom, we use the equipment you already have if it's compatible. Subject to review: not all of it is.
One common base, different applications
Change the process. Not the logic.
All of these work the same way inside: they receive, they order, they get reviewed, they act. That's why they can connect to each other without inventing a new system every time.
Information comes in
Documents, systems, voice, chat or sensors. Whatever your operation already produces.
It gets ordered and checked
What matters is extracted, compared against what we already knew, and differences are flagged.
A person decides
Business rules and human judgement come before any automation.
It runs and it's recorded
Only authorised actions, with evidence of what was done and who approved it.
The limits
No more default permissions.
The first barrier to adopting anything like this is trust, especially when it will represent your business. So none of these tools acts alone: the next stage is enabled when your team is comfortable and the result has been proven.
What task keeps repeating?
Something frequent, slow or frustrating. Tell us which one and we'll see whether it's worth solving — and with what.
