Home/Odoo
The system
Odoo, put to work in your operation.
Odoo is an open-source business management system. We install and configure the parts that matter to a bar or restaurant: point of sale, inventory and purchasing. Nothing else, until that works.
What ends up working
Four things. All of them checkable.
Point of sale
Open tabs, tips, card and cash payments, and a shift close that reconciles without anyone rebuilding it the next morning.
- Multiple shifts and multiple cashiers
- Cash-up with the real detail of what was charged
Inventory that reconciles
Every sale deducts what the recipe uses. You know what's left of each bottle or ingredient without counting by hand, and the gap against the physical count stops being a mystery.
- Recipes linked to the product being sold
- Waste and counts recorded, not in a notebook
Purchasing and suppliers
What you're short of, how much, and who to order it from. We compare prices across suppliers so the shopping list comes out at the best available price.
- Suggested orders based on stock levels
- Same-item price comparison across stores
A dashboard for deciding
Yesterday, on one screen: sales by shift, what's running out, what's being bought and what it's costing. For deciding today, not for filing.
- Sales, margin and usage by period
- Access from your phone
A day with the system
What it looks like in practice.
The shift starts
The cashier logs in with their own user. Everyone answers for what's theirs, and it's on the record.
Charge and deduct
The server takes the order. When the tab closes, inventory has already dropped by what the recipe calls for.
Closing count
What's on the bar gets entered. The system tells you the difference in pesos, not just in units.
The shopping list
Out comes what's short, how much, and where it's cheapest. You approve it and it becomes an order.
No smoke
What we need from you, and what we don't do.
Actual status
Where we are today.
Odoo is in daily operation in bar and restaurant businesses, with point of sale, recipes and purchasing working end to end.
There are open catalogue exceptions we're closing before we call it ready for any kind of business. If your operation falls inside what it already solves, we'll tell you plainly. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
We'd rather tell you this than promise you everything works.
Shall we look at it with your operation?
Tell us how many points of sale you have and what's costing you the most work. We'll tell you what it would take and how long.
